I had a wiring issue in a taillight- took the car to the dealership (under warranty!!) and they said it’s 1300$. I left, quite upset with the turn of events. Enter Kelly’s. I had been here before over a year ago for a larger fix and hoped to find another successful solution. I’m so grateful for this place. Every person in this shop is kind and welcoming. They heard my concerns, diagnosed the problem, fixed it in a snap, and sent me on my merry way. I’m happy, my car is happy, and my wallet is certainly happy. Shout-out to John who was incredibly patient with my long-winded explanations and carry-over frustration. You guys rock.

This review is based solely on my direct observations and the condition of my vehicle before and after repairs. I brought my vehicle to Kelly’s Body Shop for accident-related repairs. After several weeks, I was told the car was “ready” pending final approval. I inspected the vehicle on April 2nd and noted the following: • The engine air intake hose had a tear. Prior to this repair, I had never received a check‑engine light or diagnostic code related to the intake system, and the vehicle had previously passed smog without issues. • The shop informed my insurance adjuster that the tear was pre‑existing. I have owned the vehicle since 2023 and had not experienced any intake‑related problems before this repair. • The hood was not aligned correctly and would not be easy to open. • The headlight listed as repaired was not functioning. • No dashboard warning lights were present during this April 2nd inspection. Because of these findings, I left the vehicle at the shop expecting the issues to be addressed. Just recently involved in a four car accident and it was a hit and run. Within 24 hours I had a claims adjuster take pictures took my car into the shop the second day that it was in an accident and they had my car back to me in less than 2 weeks there was $6,000 worth of damage to my vehicle from this Hit and run. My deductible was only $500 not so bad they did a good job however I have to go back because I don't think they tightened up my spoiler in the front I have a 2018 Hyundai Elantra SE. The spoiler on the front seems to be coming apart for the vents are. The only issue I have with these people is I told them that when I was in the hit-and-run my trunk didn't open and I have a fuse light on inside of my dashboard they didn't clear it and they also didn't fix the trunk issue. I explained to them when I came in all the damages that were done to the car let them know that my trunk will not open now since I was hit also let them know about the fuse on cuz I'm not real sure about what that is but I did buy a car reader and I'll find out today. Jose took really good car of my baby Jeep! it was a few months of waiting but I understand the whole shipping delays backed us all up! I received a call at least once a week to give me updates even if it was just to say that parts were ordered 🙂 overall smooth transaction and the guys really took care of my Jeep🥰
